EMG HZ Wiring help

I bought this guitar last week and have had issues with humming and low sound from the neck pickup. After opening it up to check the wiring i found this disaster inside. Has anybody wired Passive EMG HZ pickups to a 1 volume 1 tone 3 way switch and if so could they help me out with the diagram for it to be resoldered

It should be straightforward - on each pickup, the bare and green wires should be grounded (back of the pot), the black and white wires should be connected together and insulated (not connected to anything else or to ground) and the red wires to the switch as they are now. The rest of the wiring is broadly correct but you could do with shortening the excess wire, and possibly using shielded cable from the switch to the pot, so the switch casing is also grounded rather than relying on the conductive paint (if there actually is any!).

Currently the tone control is at the front and the volume at the back, is that how you want it? If not and you're going to rewire it all, it's best to bring all the grounds including the jack and bridge ground connections to the volume pot not the tone.

    Does that help?
