    Nice amp but at over £6k its for people with more money than sense.

    Not entirely. I wouldn't say it's not a factor, but if you hear an old amp with a new (properly broken-in) speaker it still sounds like an old amp.

    I think one thing here is being overlooked. Some will pay the entry price just to own a piece of history. It's a very cool artefact to have around.

    Yes, but whose got the time for that?  Much easier just to spend £6500 on an amp with pre-broken in speakers.

    Did you remember that it needs to be connected in the same direction from the amp to the cab as from the wall to the vacuum cleaner too? Because it's been, you know, 'conditioned' by the current...

    ... which also makes me wonder if an air-conditioner cable would be better :D.
