Where to get Tele Pickguard?

Im looking to change a pickguard on one of my telecasters. Its a CS 60s tele in vintage white with a mint green pick guard. I want to change the pickguard to white, probably parchment white. I have found a few places that sell original 8 hole fender ones but they come with the adjustment screws for the neck pickup, which I don't want. I don't live near a music store so can't just nip in and look at them. I have ordered a Callaham one online from Guitar Experience, as I have read good things about them. Do you guys know anywhere else I could try? Also, do you know anywhere/anyone who supplies relic'd/aged telecaster pickguards?
