Yeah, that advert's like the Queen, or Iron Maiden - the years pass but it remains a constant.

I glanced at the ad and wondered why this was being flagged as £2,000 appeared to be a very reasonable price - then I blinked ..... & realised it was £20,000!  saywha

Either it's a misprint .....or the guy is from the Andromeda galaxy and clearly doesn't understand currencies on planet Earth! D

I started out with nothing..... but I've still got most of it left (Seasick Steve)

At that price it will probably still be for sale in the reign of William V.

But don't you just feel a warm glow of familiarity when you see these ads, week-in and week-out?

    One of my all-time favourites:

    I love the way the price of this yo-yos - sometimes it's £2.5K, sometimes it's £4.5K, sometimes it's £7.5K and so on. :)

Surely it's worth every penny seeing as it's "as rare as moon dust"

I like how they keep saying how heavy it is. Also, how do you convert an SG into a Les Paul?

Yup. Bought and sold loads on there.
so if you fancy a reissue of a guitar they never made in a colour they never used then it probably isn't too overpriced.

Don't let the fancy sales patter get to you - the moon has a mass of 73,420,000,000,000,000 tonnes.

That, right there, is literally a metric shitload of moondust. Rare my arse.
