    To add to this.. They obviously changed shape to the SG a bit later..  I find Phil X pretty annoying..  But this is quite an impressive demo where hes playing the bass and guitar at the same time

    interesting layout.   I guess the shorter gibson bass scale (set deep in the body) helps  when transitioning between the necks,  

    The offset shape would look awesome the other way round.

    I watched that ages ago, what interested me more was the solid spruce top
