got Fifa pre ordered, I know its missing the journey and it isn't running on the frostbyte engine but I wanted to give it a chance rather than go for it on XB1..

I am just downloading Golf Story, looks quite interesting in a mario golf rpg gameboy advance style.

Really positive review of it on Eurogamer too. I must admit I never came across the much loved mario golf on GBC, but I like golf games and with elements of earthbound humour, it sounds like a winner to me. I will probably give it a go as well. Although I also want Thimbleweed Park...

I used to really enjoy Mario Golf on the GameBoy.

If you guys like golf then Neo Turf Masters is fantastic.  I don't like golf but really enjoy NTM.

So I bought stardew valley, it was nice to see they priced it the same as on Steam. It is compelling, charming, engaging...I didn't play harvest moon and animal crossing kind of passed me by, but I am enjoying this. Also got my SNES classic mini yesterday as well. Too many games to play!

I'm hopefully getting Sine More EX in the post on Monday!  Can't wait for it.  I don't play Rayman too much, it's alright but I prefer shmups.

been playing Fifa a fair bit, its pretty decent, Golf Story is well worth punt..

might get Steamworld Dig 2, I really enjoyed the first one.

Mario will be a day one aswell.

carts where available for me although I see Mario is same price on Amazon for cart or code so I might go code on that one.

I tend to buy carts where possible. The download size of breath of the wild is 14Gb and I can picture the new mario being close to that. Those two alone would fill up the internal storage on the switch! Obviously you can use micro to expand but I don't know if you can run software off of it?

I've got a 64gb card in mine.

Only game I have on cart is Zelda.

I just like not having to look for games nor worrying about younger members losing tiny carts.

Mario Odyssey just got 10/10 from Edge. It's not like it was ever in doubt that I'd get it on day 1, but this makes me happy. 

And I don't work Fridays

As for storage, I'm almost 100% on SD card. I got a 64 GB iirc, and the same with my 3DS - for portables it's brilliant just bringing the console and not worrying about anything else.

I actually got slightly annoyed when a friend bought me Street Fighter on cartridge for my birthday. Obviously it was a lovely gesture and a classic game, but I really like having everything on the machine.
