1x Dual Foil   - I was quite literal on the massive mojo comment, although it is very thin
 2x Mustang






It will go in this guitar for now - but may not stayonce i know how it sounds I am almost tempted to build a new guitar around it

Dunno yet, I still need to mod the plate to fit.

its 4 conductor so I am tempted by a series/split/ parallel mini switch before it gets to the standard tele 3-way.

I think it's a smidge too tall for that, but there is not much in it.  It is sitting on a 4-ply plate above and the neck is not shimmed, it still fits under with a little bit of clearance.

And I should mention, I put a swimming pool route in this tele as I was undecided on the pickup but knew I wanted something different.

i can answer that question a bit more accurately since i am planning to get this fitted today.

My swimming pool was ever so slightly too narrow... but that was done thinking I would probably go with a wide range or two mini-hums



so at surface mount height we still get 2mm+ clearance when fretted at the 22nd


That would probably be fine, but I am still going to alter the route  so i can have adjustable height

well i got delayed today but have just managed to get the route enlarged so the pickup is in and wired up.  Sadly the kids were in bed so I have only had a quick test to make sure it all works.



Initial impressions are very good.  It sounds massive, really full but with nice clarity.   Its totally overwhelming the BKP flat 50 in the bridge, but i will play with heights tomorrow to see  if I can improve matters.
