Bassbreaker 45 power scaling

So i had a play on the bassbreaker series in my local store yesterday, loved the BB15 but my favourite was the BB45. Great variety of tones, quiet, even when up pretty loud.

The power scaling works well too on the 45. My question to any owners out there is, it's always hard to tell in a noisy guitar shop just how quiet it actually is or if the background noise is making it seem so.
When down to 1 watt, set just on the edge of breakup is it ok for home use or is it still bloody loud? It seems ok but again, hard to tell once you get it out of a noisy shop and into a spare room. If i was only going to use it for home i'd look at the 15 or even the 007 but i'll try and use it live too sometimes as a slightly dirty pedal platform when i'm not using my JMP
