NAD: Morgan PR12

It's over, the hole in my pocket has burnt through and I have committed to my amp purchase. A Morgan PR12. After much consideration and wrangling with specs and pricing among many models, I settled for something lower wattage as I will be predominantly playing at home and want something with good cleans to use as a platform for my Helix effects. I will use the Helix for effects only through the front when I use the Morgan PR12 as I want a simple set up. The Helix will still be used for amp modelling direct when recording and for quiet playback.

I just want a nice, single channel, simple valve amp that is plug and play for moments when I just want to plug in and get on with playing with minimal tweaking

I have also ordered a RYRA Klone as well as I miss my JRAD Archer a lot and need a Klone in my life!

I'm hoping the PR12 sounds as good as the fizzing on the forums and Youtube and takes the Klone well.

Is it safe to assume Terry Morgan has no had in development of these amps?

Great purchase... I borrowed one for a session a few weeks ago, and they fill the room! Out-did a bunch of far bigger amps.

Yes, but his replicas are even better than the real thing.

Well that's confusing. Terry Morgan making Morgan replicas. How do I tell the real thing from the replica? Do Terry's have those 'haunting mids'?
