(SOLD) Nice vintage 1970's Hohner strat copy in Seafoam Green - £135

For sale is my lovely vintage 1970's Hohner electric guitar in a naturally aged Seafoam Green finish. All original with a nice straight hard maple neck, clean rosewood fingerboard and thin frets in good condition and single coil pickups with a brass saddle.

Almost certainly made in Japan according to Hohner's German forum and likely to be one of Hohner's earliest electric guitars made as it has a very rare and early logo on the headstock. Naturally relic'ed with slight fades to the finish in places. Some typical neck pocket finish cracks in the laminate as you would expect from a guitar of this age, but nothing in the actual body or neck and overall in excellent condition and plays well . I was told that the tone/volume pots and selector tip that came with it were not original so I replaced these, shown in the last photo. Then I was told that they probably were the originals after all.............

Cash on collection preferred from Watton, Norfolk, please, but might be able to meet up within a reasonable distance if you contact me first. I might consider shipping it as I do have a hefty box which would be suitable, but guess it would be quite pricey. You are welcome to try it before you buy, obviously.
