Bit late in the day really but just thought i'd shout this one up in case anyone was in the area and fancies it....

Got a brand new band together, Alt. Country/Americana/Heartland Rock....All original, dual Male/Female fronted, think Creedence, Tom Petty, Chris Stapleton, Ryan Adams, Jason Isbell jamming with The Faces.

Love that type of stuff & sounds like it will be great fun...but sadly too far away & other commitments anyway.  But do please post some vid clips so we can see you guys in action...& of course all the best for your first gig with the new band!

PS - love the band name, & great poster too!
I started out with nothing..... but I've still got most of it left (Seasick Steve)

Hope it goes well - the Tom Petty reference makes me think I'd love it....

    Many thanks chaps!

We've been writing since September and finally got the full band together in February, this gig was booked as something to aim rehearsals at, to try out the material, see what works and then we intend to get some recorded asap.

I'm really excited about it, I think the material is strong and, as well as the strong country influence, there's also a hint of early (proper) R&B and more that a hint of Quo! Right up my street :)

It was great thanks! The bar was packed and they had to turn people away, who ended up standing outside the venue to listen anyway! We see blown away by the reaction to be honest as it was just our first gig to try out the new material we had written :)

Ha! We had every intention of filming it all and recording it but we were so busy setting up and concentrating on getting it right, we didn't!

There is a crowd video on our Facebook though, not sure if you're able to view it?

Sounds fantastic - the tele, your voice and the band. Great stuff.

As much as I love my paisley, rosewood-board Teles sound better...
