Can you get away with 240mA for a Flint?

very specific question - I have a Fuel tank jr with 120ma isolated outputs. T. rex do a current doubler so I can get 240mA using 2 outputs into that cable. Strymon state the Flint needs 250mA so, before I try this, I wondered whether anyone knew if the Flint would work with 240mA. I kind of assumed there may be some leeway in terms of current draw in reality.
cheers for any help proffered. Trying to reduce the number of plugs that I need to use and have spare capacity on the fuel tank jr.

Yep. I was running mine fine on 200ma.

A similar query - would the DIG or El Capistan work with the Harley Benton PP Jr? Just like the Fuel Tank Jr it has 120mA outputs but the PP Jr has a y-cable to give 240mA. It probably is capable but just thought I'd ask because you never know?

It depends. It's the startup surge draw that's the limiting factor. Different 250ma (or indeed 240ma) rated supplies will cope with slightly different brief surge supply. Try it and see.

Just don't feed it any more than 9v as that can be expensive ;-)

Stinkfoot lists current draw for Strymon pedals.  This looks like steady state.  I know the Big Sky and Timeline need more at start up.
