Otherwise its a Metal Zone and a hollowbody
It's a strange world we've made for ourselves. I was doing a studio session a few years back and the engineer couldn't fathom why me and the other guitarist wanted to be in the room with the amps with headphone monitors instead of in the nice, comfy and quiet control room when we were doing the solos and overdubs.
"Err, do you WANT a load of feedback on the recording?"
Reply (with tongue in cheek):
"Yeah, some. Do you want paying?"
Works with any amp, at any volume. Even zero stage volume.
"Take these three items, some WD-40, a vise grip, and a roll of duct tape. Any man worth his salt can fix almost any problem with this stuff alone." - Walt Kowalski
"Only two things are infinite - the universe, and human stupidity. And I'm not sure about the universe." - Albert Einstein
Would using a small mixer to feed in some of the guitars output back into the signal chain work?
The only other solution I though of was a loud combo on stage firing at me from the front that I can kick in when needed.

In a studio then couple the guitar to the studio monitors- I do this all the time with the Axe FX.
