As the prize pool goes up, instead of winner takes all, maybe there should be a first, second and third place based on value? More winners, more joy.

Last year I did a prize per name drawn out of the hat - so plenty of people got in on the love.

I'd like to do the same this year - which means as it stands 12 entrants will get a prize. I drew the prizes in the order they were in the list - would do the same this year - it's a bit pot luck I guess but hey, it's a raffle after all
