Helix Problem / fault

Suddenly cuts out on all patches after playing for 30 seconds - not completely but volume drops by 95%
Step on the patch and it comes back on most times -swap patch and it lasts for 30 seconds again
It also seems that if you step on the MODE switch it will cut out in the same way
Anybody had this issue 
Any Ideas ?

Tried a factory reset ? My usual first port of call, especially if there have been updates

Make sure you've updated to 2.21 and absolutely, positively do the FS9/10 reset. Back up any important user presets first!

Answers to all observations is YES
but,just suspected the vol swell pedal -blew it out with air-gun and all seems ok for now...........dust ????????
