Which reverb pedal for me? And has anyone bought a TC Ditto 2?

£100 or so budget. Must do excellent hall reverbs and long reverbs. Not worried particularly about authentic spring reverb, shimmer or modulation nor too many bells & whistles. I just want excellent sound quality and reliability. I don't want to go above this budget, so Strymon is out of the question.

Also - tempted to pull the trigger on a Ditto 2. Anyone using one yet?

Bit limited in terms of on the fly tweakability, no?

  • Marshall Reflector - not because I'm selling one - but I've had three of them, my go to reverb when I'm not dabbling with mutli-fx units! Loads of tweak-ability and built like a tank!

Hqve a look at the Digitech Hardwire Reverb, plenty of good sounds in that and always a few on ebay.

Certainly a cute looking little guy. I might go for it. With the toneprint editor, can I create anything I want (within reason)?

Gotta be honest I've not actually given it a go yet.

The wealth of ready made toneprints that can be beamed to the pedal using the iphone app has kept me busy for quite some time.

    Currently using the Jonsi one:

Its worth pointing out that all of the reverb types available on the full size HOF can be added onto this HOF mini using tone print, as default the HOF mini ships with spring I think.

The toneprints and small footprint are what sold it for me.

In particular the Paul Gilbert ones :)

Glad to assist you with your GAS!
