Guitar finish mark - advice needed

I'm wondering if anybody can advise on marks such as the one shown below.  It appears to be beneath the surface, as there's no indentation.  I can only presume there's little I can do about it but would welcome any advice.

It's no big deal and, yes, I appreciate that marks show a guitar has been used!

It looks like it has been scudded with a loose lead
except it's flat but that's how it looks
if it is indeed beneath the surface there isn't a lot you can do

Have a LOL for the use of 'scudded'.  Great word.

I suspect they are just dings that have caused some kind of 'bubbling' under the surface.

I had a similar thing on a prs custom 24. My local luthier injected some lacquer into it and looked tons better afterwards . He said it was almost like they hadn't let the finish dry properly as a slight knock made it blush like this.

From My experience with PRS its a finish problem - either moisture got into the process or thee is some other issue with the lacquer. I had one that I was went back to PRS for a refinish as it was appearing in different parts of the body and I have had others with just one small spot like that on body.
If it bothers you I would take it back to the dealer and ask for a replacement, if not then I think it is one of those things that happens every now and then.
If it's a £200 guitar then maybe it is an "acceptable" issue , if it's a £2K plus guitar then it really shouldn't be happening.
