A Shout Out for Eastman Guitars.

I recently knocked over my Eastman acoustic and snapped the button off the machine head.

It looked like I would have to buy a full set of 6 in order to get the one I needed to replace.

However, I sent a mail to Eastman asking if they could supply just the one.

A week later,  a machine head, a set of strings and a glossy Eastman booklet arrived by post from the Netherlands.....totally unexpected and all free of charge...

Excellent !!!

    I have the E10-00, I like it.

Great to hear of the service.  It seems Eastman are a very well run company.

That is good to hear. I've got an Eastman parlour E20P which is a lovely little guitar, I really should play it more often but I struggle a bit with the string spacing, I need to get used to it.
