Would a JTM45 circuit fit in a 1974x cabinet? or Even in a Princeton cab? 

I really like the sound/response of the JTM45 reissues but cant realistically carry anything bigger than a 112 combo to gigs, let alone fit the PA etc on top into my old saloon car.

Yes, a JTM45 chassis will fit in a 1974 1x12" cab. Done it loads of times.

HOWEVER, depending on the brand of KT66s used and the speaker frame profile/magnet size, the cabinet might have to be made 1/2" deeper to avoid fouling.
