    He says a few times "recording" "studio " guitar, he clearly doesn't want anyone gigging it or playing it out, as it will be outed as a fake immediately.

    UPDATE: When I stopped chuckling, I could not resist sending the vendor an eBay message, pointing out what the guitar really is and commiserating for the fact that he/she may have been scammed by the guitar's previous owner. ;)

    That crack did not occur when adjusting the truss rod either. Or not unless it needed so much force applying that the guitar had to be clamped down while the neck was forced backwards to relieve the tension on the adjuster nut, anyway...

    I see it is now described as a Gibson-style Crafter guitar.
