Has anybody owned an Evertune Bridge guitar yet?

What are the pros/cons?

Have you found it has altered your technique when switching to a non Evertune bridge guitar?

There's still not that much choice in off the shelf models and I haven't seen a single one yet.  But the concept is very interesting to me.  I don't use a trem, but a guitar that always stayed it tune would be amazing.

    It means you might have to play one of these things: :)

    I have 2
    very good
    weighs a bit
    fiddly to set up
    stays in tune on higher fretted chords (corrects for extra unintentional pressure from your fingers)
    very tight rhythm sound - as if using much heavier gauge
    when bending, feels like 1 or 2 gauges higher

    Thanks @ToneControl ;

    So do you use your normal string gauge or go lighter? I'd like to go lighter actually, I think thinner strings have more attack and clarity but I go heavier on sound strings for practical reasons. Since I tune to a low B I'm using a .064, which sounds woolly quickly compared to the other strings. A 56 sounds great but poses a lot of tuning issues the way I play. I don't like the feel of baritones

    the bass strings don't flop about anywhere near as much, there's no slight change in pitch just after the pick attack, but I'm not sure what 64 = B would work like

    I use 9-46 on everything electric (including these) except my real baritones (30 inch, etc)
