Just sitting around waiting to start tonight's gig so thought I'd post a gear pic..No real reason. Pretty simple set up. I like leaving the beaten up 510V with the Motorhead sticker visible...Does make people wonder what the hell is coming.

    Cool rig there.

I bet it sounds awesome and you aren't terrified it's going to get busted.

I used to hate waiting around before a gig....

Mind you, these days I'd have the distraction of my phone - and no doubt hate having to stop looking at it, in order to actually get up and play....

I don't mind ending up in the sticky corner...saves on pedal velcro :)

I think people are afraid to touch the black one!! Though it actually plays better than the 611.

Rig sounds pretty good to my ears and I'm happy enough with it. Set the Katana up on the lead channel for a straight up AC/DC ish rock tone then just ride the volume on the guitar. I also have a patch cable jumping the loop with the return volume boosted so I can hit the loop button on the footswitch to give a volume hike when needed. Effects were delay, a univibe and a phaser for a bit of 70s Johnny Winter action as an intro on one song.
I'm certainly not missing valves and I think my next move could be farther down the modelling rabbit hole.
As for the guitars, I was meant to use my Tokai LP and Cort Sunrise II, but the Corts volume pot crapped out yesterday and my shoulder is playing up a bit so I thought I'd pass on the LP tonight.
Home now on the sofa with peanut butter on toast and a cuppa.....rock 'n' f###ing roll I hear you cry.
