Valve amp with headphones - advice please

Love my Carr Sportsman.
But at home, playing is restricted due to family and cardboard walls. Either I..
1. Sell and go Helix
2. Modify with a headphone out
3. Sell and buy an amp with headphone out.

Any ideas....doing my swede deciding on this!!
(swede = head/bonce/noggin)

Also...thinking Helix as I have only a couple of pedals and the cost of my wishlist board is not doable £ wise...

Heart Valve purist....vs. Head digital excellence
Thanks for you suggestions.

Not convinced it's an either/or decision.  Why not keep the Carr and buy a Vox Tonelab SE (or anything similar)?  They're around for the price of a mid-range Tube Screamer.  The Helix is nice, but nowhere near 10 times as nice.

    4. Buy a dummy load with a speaker-emulated headphone out.

The speaker-emulated bit is critical - there's no point in any solution, including modding the amp, which doesn't have this because it will sound terrible.

Two Notes is a good answer.

The other way of doing it would be to buy a good dummy load AND a Helix, you could then route the amp into the Helix and have all the FX and cabinet emulations from there.

More gear is always the answer ;-)

Am reliably informed that it relates to either
    - Fiji Performing Rights Association, or
    - the Federation of Private Residents Association

but, bugger me, i can't relate what that has to do with guitar amps/attenuators....(confused)
