If you have suitable IRs (eg the 3 Sigma Audio ones or the few (legit) free ones that float around) you can load them into a convolution reverb app (eg Altispace - pictured) or something that is designed to model just body response (eg Fiddlicator) and Bob's your mother's brother.

With Altispace you can also blend between your dry (pickup) signal and the modelled sound with the Reverb % control (a bit like the Anthem pickup blending in the amount of mic pickup) 

Interesting I though - if you already do or are thinking about integrating tablet or phone into your setup.
