Dogman
In truth you are going to struggle to get that tone from a pedal but try the Friedman or Bogner Red pedals.
Or a Suhr Riot.
He also used Barden pickups- they are quite bright.

Dogman tones will be hard to cop as there is more going on that his Recto.
I would suggest a modelling pedal, like the AMT R1, and maybe some kind of an EQ pedal, to fine tune the tone. He also uses a delay set really short, like a doubler, on his solos to beef up the sound.
I'm hearing the use of a very short doubling delay on the solo and some univibe too, probably both were coming from Line 6 rack units.
They sound so good and Dug is 66 ffs! Still kicking ass!
9's tuned down to
Db
Ab
E
B
Gb
B
The light strings, Dug's bass and the low tuning make the whole thing sounds massive.
It's true of most rock bands that the bass gives girth the the guitar sounds, and that a lot of how thick and heavy the guitars sound is actually the bass, but it counts at least triple for King's X.
Don't talk politics and don't throw stones. Your royal highnesses.
I read that Ty rolled the bass control down on his Lab amps, and added it back in with a graphic EQ, around 250hz was specifically mentioned.
