Pedal Board Recommendations

I currently have a Pedaltrain 2 classic, but I'm finding that more and more, this is a bit too big so would like to try and down-size a little. I also have the hard case, which means that this is fairly bulky set-up all in.

The board isn't TOO far off ideal size for my needs, but it's just a little wider than I sometimes find comfortable (playing small/tight stages in a club). I also find that I may be guilty of trying to fill space just for the sake of it, like this:

My main issue with the PT2 is the size of the spaces of the slats on the board. As you can see in the photo below, If I could find a board with smaller/no slats, then my board would be a lot narrower, like this mock-up attempt:

I have the smaller, 4 button footswitch for my JVM now too as I didn't really need 6 switches. I've tried smaller wah pedals, but sticking with the CAE and I really want to try and keep this on the board as opposed to the floor, so the board needs to be at least 10 inches wide which is JUST too large to let me use a Pedaltrain Metro 24.

Ideally I'd have my wirelss mounted/underneath the board also, to give me more space.

So, my needs/wants:

1. As close to, but no less than 10 inches wide
2. Slanted, to allow mounting underneath
3. Smaller/no slats
4. Hard/soft case required

What options do people recommend other than the generic models churned out by google
