Having a bit of a clear-out to make room for an impending GAS-purchase;

1966 Fender Mustang pickups - £60
Firstly, these both need to be rewound. I bought them off of eBay for the Squier but just haven't gotten round to getting them repaired yet. I'm not sure if the covers are original or not, they just look too clean to me - and I wouldn't know the difference anyway! Not much in the way of lead on them, but that's about right for Mustang wiring to the mini-switches. Still, they'd go great with the Mustang. ;)

*edit* I can recommend Mojo Pickups for the rewind work, he's something of an offset-specialist and has a couple of vintage Mustangs himself. They'll cost about £25/coil, and he'll use vintage correct wire for the rewind.

Squier VM Mustang - £ON HOLD
I bought this from Regent's Sound last summer after wanting one since I was a kid. The problem is that I don't get on great with slab bodies so I'd thought about buying a new body but then decided I may as well sell the whole thing and sort out a custom one some day. I'm also not won over by the bridge, again - I planned to put a StayTrem on there, but I may as well put the cost towards a custom. The competition stripes are just vinyl btw - completely removable, but I love the look on the originals.

It's got a beautiful feeling neck on it (23mm deep at the nut, 42mm wide), it's a really subtle V-profile that fills your hand very nicely - if you like slim necks, this isn't for you. It's got a more modern 9.5" radius than the originals, and larger frets too so it's a bit more practical. I'll happily keep this if anyone just wants the loaded body - knock off £85 from the price if so.

*edit* On hold for a mate, might be back on sale in a few weeks. By then I'll also have added a tuneomatic bridge, and will have given it a proper setup, as the stock bridge makes it a pointless effort!

Squier Classic Vibe 50s Stratocaster neck (loaded w/klusons) - £SOLD
Normal Fender specs, 21mm deep at first fret. Very little fret-wear, and this includes the Kluson tuners. It's quite a pale tint, but not completely natural maple. One minor chip on the headstock.

Gretsch HS Filter'Tron - £SOLD
This is a recent Japanese High-Sensitivity Filter'Tron model. It's a bridge model, and includes mounting screws. Plenty of lead on there too.
