I gave up after a year and a half looking for one,I've just got a cracking vibe custom tele off here they are great guitars hope you have better luck than me !

Ha ha I know - funny enough I sold a CVC recently, but the 50s flavour is pretty appealing to me at the moment. Might take a while though

Indeed Blueskunk - it'd be a matter of different opportunities at different budgets I've played both and like both for different reasons.

Check out the FSR white blonde Baja's too if you can find one, they appear to have a thinner paint job, with the grain being slightly visable. They also seem to be a bit lighter weightwise.

Out of curiosity @blueskunk ;what do you prefer about the Baja? as in, is it just a matter of overall quality, or specific features?

Opposite for me, had a Baja sold it. Would never sell my cv though

Yeah , overall quality and tones on offer. I was hoping to like the CV based in many good reviews but it didn't hit the spot for me. 

The bajas iv had have all been wonderful. Looking back, one was heavy but sounded so good , the others were as good as it gets. 

Just snagged a 60s model actually which is awesome.
