SOLD TV Jones Powertron and Powertron Plus

These came in an Epiphone Firebird I recently purchased.



I've run them a couple of times through my rig and they are just not voiced quite right for me. I'll throw in the Gretsch style pick ups rings and spacers too. Plenty of wire left on them and they have the four core wire for coil split. One of the better coil splits I've heard actually, can deliver quite a good Strat spank or Tele twang.

They are still in the guitar but if you want more pics let me know and I'll uninstall and take more this evening.

£155 £140 posted via PPG or bank transfer. From what I've seen/been told that is a very reasonable price for the set.

Is the electroplating nickel or chrome?

@Funkfingers very good question. I will have to check some pics online this evening and get back to you. I didn't fit them but I'm 95% sure that they are chrome. 

Definitely a 'shiny' finish to them.

Are the top surfaces of the pickups stamped with a Patent Number or the legend "TV JONES"?

Yep, the side of the pick up away from the pick guard has TV JONES engraved in it.
