 Expected then to be decent but it's its much better than that. The neck is perfect for me. I have had the good fortune to own an R9 but I could not bond with it. Probably as the neck was slightly bigger than what I feel comfortable with.

And are you planning any pickup mods?

2013 I believe. It's a slash rossa corsa so pick ups have already been modded from a les Paul standard etc

Ah right, never been a fan of the 490 ones, too weak for me.

What you get for the money is a Les Paul standard already modified with the things most people change and a cool colour, excellent guitars, I love mine.

A new Les Paul, and what looks a very, very smart one too, but can't help thinking the zebra pickups don't look right. Beauty in the eye of the beholder and all that, but like others, I hope it sounds great.
