..are, on the whole, not fitted. Don't buy the Allparts one as the hole in the middle is too small, the script is not too good and the colour is a bit off and, more significantly, there is barely enough contact between the nut and the switch to get a good tight joint as the nut is much shallower than previously.
Having wasted an hour of my life trying to fit the thing, and finally succeeded with the switch upside down, I would say don't bother.
I may try and fit a proper Gibson one at some point and see if it's any better but I have my doubts as to the fit, if not the look.
And is there a special tool for tightening the nut?

Serves you right
Sorry, I had to be the one to whack a 2015 thread in here, personally never understood the fuss. There ARE a lot of 2016 ones around in good deals though.

I checked every supplier in the UK and in Europe and there were none. The USA came up with three, including Gibson Amazon.
The poker chip thing didn't cross my mind as I had successfully changed them on all three of my earlier LPs.
Its probably a conspiracy by Gibson. Sell thousands of them separately and rake in the money on spares.....
Que?
An americanism, just like playing "Praise and Worship through your rig" (amp etc).
Sold by Amazon and was £2,99 for a cream one. Official product too
