Also, with Allparts if it's out of stock in the uk but in stock on the US site it will take a week or two. If it's out of stock on both it could be longer. If in doubt, ask them.

...but note that the stuff has a shelf life, where it becomes less likely to cure fully. I inherited a tin of Zinsser which I used for the above, but recently used it to finish a pine tool chest for my workshop. The finish on the surfaces is okay, but the wooden drawer runners keep getting slightly stuck if they've been left closed for a while. It's not a massive problem, but is a bit annoying. (I dare say some light sanding would help.)
Zinsser is hard to find in the UK, but this looks like it might work just as well...

250ml is loads for doing tweed. (For wood, it can get used up quite quickly - I used 150ml or more on my tool chest.)
