Why is it so massive? I bet if you open it up the buffer circuit is about twice the size of that SD card

I think this is why he put stickers over the enclosure joins to try and discourage people from opening them - if people saw how little was inside that big box he'd be in trouble. Cool score though - nice

Yup.

Strange thing is, I have just swapped out 2 other loopers for this and the noise floor has lowered by a good margin.

Cornish pedals are silent. 

I've got a OC1 Compressor which I adore, but also have now got a Sliderig Deluxe... which means the Cornish may have to go.

BUT,

I'd miss that buffer. It is special
