This is my 2017 Les Paul Classic Goldtop. I was on the hunt for a Les Paul so I went into a local shop to try some out. My intention was to get a Les Paul Standard but none of ones in the shop did much for me. I tried out a few Traditionals as well and nearly bought one until the guy in the shop told me to try out this Classic first before making any decisions. It blew every other Les Paul in the shop out of the water.

I made a few cosmetic alterations since I got it though including nickel pickup covers, blank truss rod cover, poker chip for the selector switch and gold top hat knobs.

That's how I envisage the bottom corner of our new kitchen/diner extension looking! I'm not sure the wife does...
