Source for 2BA threaded inserts for vintage AC30 cabinet

DodgeDodge Frets: 1435
This might be a big ask - my mid 60's JMI AC30 has two of the threaded inserts missing for the upper back panel.

I know these to be 2BA threaded.

Does anyone have any idea where I can buy these?  Maybe @jkirk170493 ?  Have you got any busted AC30 cabinets going through the workshop Jono?

I wouldn't use it for anything over-critical but lots of the model engineering guys substitute M5 for 2BA.

Thanks - keen to keep it as authentic as possible if I can.

They could well be t nuts - I've not removed one, they're just missing.  By the look of the hole, I thought it was a threaded insert but I guess they could be 2BA t nuts.

It's a 65/66 amp - the upper back panel has 6 2BA screws - the two middle ones screw into captive nuts in the chassis, the left and right hand hand pair screw into the battens on the cabinet.  It's whatever the screws go into that I'm after.

They are three pronged T nuts definitely, Jono I will send an image over to you, I have a few, but tend to hang on to them for repairs.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting that either, the ones I am familiar with on older Voxes pull in from the back of the battons, and the three prongs bite into the back of the timber and hold it rigid. Yours look like a knock or screw in insert.
Sorry I can't help either on that one.

Yeah, I've got an earlier one with the t nuts. This one is a 65 or 66 I think.

The T-nuts are much better, to be honest. Those round inserts are notorious for coming out.
