One of these - it's from one of my pedal boards and appears to be broken - no idea what its called or where to get a new one - looks Neutrik to me?







Any ideas?

Are you sure that's not two items plugged together? If the bright orangey-red tabs release the jack plugs, what do those two metal protruding things do?

The connector is a 1/4" / 6.3mm locking TRS socket. Though that appears to be two fudged together to give you a cable extender. As mentioned, CPC, Farnell, Rapid, etc. All the usual electronics types will carry those.
