I much prefer the Boss housing so this is a nice way to get an AC - seems the EQ is a little more limited.

Maybe Boss thought better to colaborate with JHS rather than have them release their own take on a Blues Driver somewhere down the line (the JHS Holier than Thou or something I'm guessing).

Whenever I see reference to JHS pedals, I think of John Hornby Skewes (of Encore, Vintage, etc) and assume they're cheap budget pedals.
