Poor mans DR504?

As per the title. I was wondering if anyone knew of something towards the Hiwatt DR504/SA212 (preferably not a 2x12 though as I am notoriously lazy and they're heavy) but with about half of the price tag of a use one. I'm eying up the 504 on ebay at the mo, but no chance :(

    It's not *that* close, but you might be surprised by a Jet City. Although they're based on a Soldano, which is an evolution of a Marshall rather than a Hiwatt, they do have something of that bright, ringing clean/crunch tone like a Hiwatt - although not the headroom. They're also very well-built and remarkably cheap for the quality they are.
