    When they're officially announced :)
One day I'm going to make a guitar out of butter to experience just how well it actually plays.

As soon as they've worked out a way of getting them to run for 30 minutes before they catch fire.

The 20w Jubilee seems to hold up ok :)

Only because there's a design flaw in the self-destruct mechanism :)

  • Could you not buy a jtm 45 and have a tech convert it to cathode bias? 2xel34s in cathode bias should be around 20 watts.

Yes, but it would still be too large to fit on a lot of modern cabinets.

What's annoying is the amount of wasted space in the head box, even discounting that the chassis could be quite a lot smaller.

Im very happy with my Ceriatone 2204 with the recent addition of an inbuilt attenuator but I am very intrigued as to what Marshall have up their sleeves!

Hope it's better quality than the 2525 mini head I had. The build quality was shoddy and looking back I'm not surprised it had several faults

IMHO Marshall need to return to what they do best....Engraving Zippo lighters and putting logo's on baseball caps.

Would a 20w JTM make much difference it being only 30w anyway? (A very loud 30w at that!)
Tomorrow will be a good day.

I'm hoping for a small cab format with low power switch. I could be pissing in the wind though!

  • A 20watt jcm800, what a great idea. They could put it in a combo and it might look like something like this..

There's not really a lot of point waiting for a mini 2203/JMP MV - the mini Jube gets pretty darn close to those tones if you EQ it correctly.  Similarly for the JTM if you dial back the gain and max the bass, although it won't get as bassy as the original.

Marshall will probably make them at some point though as the sales/marketing spin will get them sold  :)
