I always really liked the Petrucci Ibanez Picasso, particularly with this colour scheme. I would never own one though, I'm not a shredder and I don't like 24 frets either.

A Travis Bean. I've lusted for one ever since trying out one at a gear show in Southampton in th late 70s. Too rich for my pocket though.

I thought hard about buying one last year - it's really not 'me' in so many ways, but something really attracted me to it.

Couldn't do it though - I know it's part of the design, but that stupid monkey grip put me off. I could probably have lived with it otherwise.

I've always LOVED the idea of owning a Gibson Flying V, ever since a kid and I saw Hendrix with one on my dad's old VHS of the IoW Festival. But the fact that I couldn't really slouch about on the sofa noodling away due to the shape has always put me off.

Maybe I should just stop being a lazy sod and start practicing stood up for a change...
