    Hell yes.

Classic offset shape but with one of the two best trems ever put on a guitar. Spot on. Let's hope they do blue metalflake as a finish.

I dunno. I really want to like it, but there's something about it I don't like. I can't put my finger on what that is.
Can't sing, can't dance, can handle a guitar a little.

I'm surprised it's taken them this long to be honest.

  • It'll be a great guitar, but it's not a Jazzmaster without the proper trem.

Nah, I have a G&L Tribute Fallout. The are pretty much the same headstock.

    From the G&L website:

"But Doheny's MFD pickups are more about jangle than twang, just as they should be for a guitar like this. With a classic jazz bobbin aperture wrapped with traditional Formvar wire, these pickups just might be the approach Leo would have taken had he been with us a few years longer."

They're still crediting Leo with new stuff, despite the fact he died 26-odd years ago. C'mon let the guy rest in peace, and allow the company to move forward.

I've tried to like offsets but I've never been wowed by them, never really wanted to own one. I'll stick to Strats and Teles.

  • Dig the sound of these, great tone. Although they weren't going to post a video of it sounding shit where they! :)

From beyond the grave? It's possible...

"What's that you say, Leo? It needs a maple fretboard?"

    :)

If you order your own from the factory like you're supposed to instead of waiting for one to turn up used at half the price I'm sure you can get the metal flake finish.

It'll be a great guitar, but it's not a Jazzmaster without the proper trem.
Yep. That trem is pretty bloody good too, properly set up and used within its limits.
