HELP!! To Anyone I have Sold to Recently- assistance pls!

Rather unusual but last resort....

If I've sold anything to you in last two months, have I, perchance, left a strat pick up in any of the boxes I have used?

I've lost the 1961 bridge pup to my strat which I'd carefully 'put somewhere safe' so someone could sort the flatwork out on it and I'm very pee'd off. It is either around somewhere or I've posted it in a box that I'd used to 'keep it safe'.

And I have turned said house upside down looking for it without any luck, so if anyone's got it by mistake, can you let me know?

Anyway, a point re the benevolance of the forum mentioned on the newbie thread elsewhere- I've had an offer of a gift of a vintage black back that needs a rewind, off a reg forumite.

Amazing gesture, and one I shall use only if I have to.

Imagine my surprise when I found a 1961 Strat pickup in a box lying around the house other day. I immediately took it to the Antigues Roadshow which happened to be visiting the local area. The resident musical instrument expert, Hugh Squirrel-Nutkins gasped as I showed him and promptly declared it to be genuine and should be insured for £40,000 much to the delight of the greedy penny pinching grannies that had circled us. Needless to say I had the ad loaded onto Ebay from my phone before I got home.

You couldn't make it up...
