Before I head off to eBay, thought I'd see if anyone is interested in this.
Bought in Jan 2013 and in excellent condition, no scratches etc and in original box with stuff.
Hardrive wiped and fresh Sierra OS installed.

Specs are:
model A1347, 2.5GHz i5, 4GB RAM, 500GB hard drive.

£275 posted.

I spy FireWire 800 socket. Tempted.

Does it have the removable panel on the underside for accessing the RAM slots?

^^ That looks broken now to me
    ;)

    (that was a joke, btw!)
I was looking at these earlier, and there's a site that tells you the spec of all the Mac machines and what's user-upgradable or not.  IIRC, this one can be upgraded, but you have to replace the current 2x2Gb RAM modules with either 2x4Gb or (max) 2x8Gb modules.  No idea whether those are standard RAM modules, or Mac-specific.
Having trouble posting images here?  This might help.

I have the i7 version of this, you can upgrade with 3rd party RAM, so long as it's the correct type of course. The MAC branded stuff is 4x the price. Great little machines these.

Later models are not user upgradeable as the ram is soldered in (which is idiotic)

Good machine for someone requiring Firewire conectivity. And fully (RAM and HD) upgradeable apparently -

Crucial and Kingston both provide compatibility info.
