Les Pauls - weight watchers. How heavy is yours?

Reading the various threads about LP weights, I'm curious as to what the weight ranges are and what trends there are amongst the various models.

Please try and include the year, model, weight (obviously) and if it's weight relieved or not (if known). Include a pic as well if you like.

Here's mine...

2001 R8, 9 lbs, no weight relief.

Now you've gone and started a contentious issue amongst Les Paul circles me lad! I'll play at the weekend when I'm not dying of the Man Flu.

I do find it odd that the odd ounce makes or breaks a sale on the US forums for a perfectly good guitar tho. Nice R8 btw, seem to be a desirable year the figured top '01's.

1971/72 Les Paul Recording model 11lbs 9oz, no weight relief I know of being a Norlin era guitar.

My own number 1 guitar - Feline 20th anniversary weighs in at 8lbs 8oz

It is carefully chambered but sounds huge and awesome.

My well-worn 1989 pre-Historic gold top reissue weighs 10 pounds. No weight relief of course.

It is a bit on the heavy side but sounds fantastic.

I once had a goldtop traditional that must have been 10-10.5 lbs. Way too heavy for me.

1999 R9 Plaintop (no R8s in '99), 9lb dead-on.

2006 R6 VOS Goldtop, 9lb 2oz, complete with "barbie pink" plastic pickup covers - eughhhh!

No weight relief on either.

Thanks @mcsdan and normally folks find it to be an ugly fecker, I love it though and it sounds ace through any amp.

Just as well I have a low centre of gravity and broad shoulders a bit like a Weeble, handy for 2 and 3 hour gigs.
