I've got a 2203x.
I was playing it last week , and when I switched it off it made a noise similar to a bomb falling , but electronic sounding, a high pitched whining sound that got lower pitched and then fizzled out as the amp powered off.
Oh dear I thought.
Next time i powered the amp up there was no sound at all.
I took the pedalboard out (it has a tuner and an OD on it ) and plugged straight in.. Still nowt.
Plugged into the low input, the amp now worked.
Plugged into the high input again, this now worked!

So now I'm not sure if I have an issue or not.

Can anybody help me diagnose it??

Sounds like either the V1 valve or the contact in the low input jack, which disconnects the high gain stage.

I did think it had lost a bit of gain but it's hard to tell at low volume
