I *really* did not expect to find one of these today!

Ex-Nik Kershaw Boss SCC-700:

It's not *quite* complete and untested, but O....M....G - I've wanted one of these since I first saw one back in the early '80's.

I seem to remember seeing a picture of David Gilmour with (at least) one of those in the ‘80s.

Don't mention ze war Gilmour in a H7 thread.

Approximately thirty years ago, the unmentionable musician appeared on the cover of Guitarist magazine. The BOSS SCC-700 outfit appeared in the background in one of the interview photographs. The compliment of BOSS compact pedals included at least one Compression/Sustainer, a seven-band Graphic EQ and several Digital Delay units.

    $1570 USD.

That's probably something crazy like the equivalent of £4K UK now.

I bought one of the foot controllers (the SCC-700F) a while ago because it came with a 24-pin cable. I figured I might be able to use the socket on the foot controller for a project of some sort, but it's soldered in fairly securely rather than using the ribbon connectors that most other devices have.
