You're looking at a complete mobile DJ set up - all you need is a source of music and you're good to go. A fantastic business opportunity for someone...?   I guess it could also work as a band PA and lighting rig....

 When it's up and running, it looks like this:

The kit include everything you can see in the main photo:

2 x Alto TS115w 15" powered 800 watt speakers (bluetooth ready)
1 x Alto TS115 vibe 15" powered 800 watt speaker (used as a spare, includes USB and SD card slots)
2 x speaker stands
2 x lighting stands
2 x T-Bars
2 x Equinox Quadzilla LED lights
2 x Par 56 LED lights
2 x Chauvet Mini Kinta LED lights
1 x LED star backdrop (can also be used as front-drop for tables etc)
1 x Kam wireless microphone and receiver
1 x Behringer VMX200 mixer
1 x Haze/Fog machine, fluid and remote control
All mains cables, audio cables and plugs, plus DMX cables for lights and spares for everything.
 Includes a hard shell suitcase to store all cables etc.

 Everything is in good condition (speakers are virtually brand new) and the rig will go LOUD - I've used this in Winchester Guild Hall and the volume didn't go past half way.
There is a tiny issue with the mixer where the switches that flick between phono or line connections have come away, but you can still switch between either with a small screwdriver or similar.

Obviously pick up only - from Chandlers Ford (halfway between Southampton and Winchester on M3).
