Cheap ass screws

I was trying to take the bridge off one of my teles, it's one of the cheap wilkinson compensated ones. The 2 inside screws came out really easily but I managed to completely strip the heads on the two outside screws.

One is now about 5mm up outside the body and while trying to make a slot in the other to use a flat screwdriver I've managed to bend it over. It was about the same distance up before I bent it. Anyone have any ideas on how to get them out?

Spray a little penetrating oil and leave for 30 mins or so.  Then try pliers if you can get a grip of the screw head, don't over do it though or you may take the screw head right off.

Heat before the oil. 

Oxy torch as per The Garage is perhaps a bit unwieldy so put the tip of a solder iron on the screw for a minute or so..Watch the finish!

Mole grips.

And what Dave said, if you need to loosen it first. The heat will make the metal expand and force the hole in the wood bigger, but the metal will contract quicker as it cools so the screw will come loose.
