I could say I hate The Darkness, but what's the point unless I told you why I hate The Darkness.

Say you don't like something and tell people why you don't like something; It's good practise to think about the why of things.

There are plenty of whys for the above, I'm always thinking about the why, I just choose not to include it here. Some reactions are visceral and defy an intellectual bullet-pointed breakdown of reasons, some can be explained. Either way, I decided not to explain why on here... mainly because I haven't got time to write the 10-part bound volume literary epic that the full horror of the above list merits.

I just read all these comments and I can summererise to help anyone else out.

The Darkness are shit or good. They may have copied G&R (who are also shit or good) but G&R don’t know that they copied many other bands and started as a parody that people take seriously. 

Coldplay are shit but I’m not telling you why.

That they suffer from autism and can't work out why I don't wear a Slash wig under my top hat.

How somehow, The Darkness rock and I should feel bad because The Darkness don't like me, and how dare I play guitar and remind them of somebody I'm not when they say I remind them of somebody I'm not. It was thoughtless of me, I should have thought about @darcym thinking I think I'm Slash before @darcym thought I thought I was the UK Slash.

What idiot actually, thinks somebody is the UK version of a UK person?
Slash is Britsih-American and knows Crystal Palace Park's dinosaurs and Soho and that's enough for me to thank The Lord for being British too.
