Help me identify these brackets - pedaltrain? power supply fixings? (photo included)

When I bought my TREX Fuel Tank Junior from someone on FB, there were two fixing brackets in the box which I assumed were for the Fuel Tank. It seems not. They look like fixings for a VoodooLabs power supply (PT-VDL-MK) but are too narrow. They are about 4.5" in length and about 1" square. Come with 6 screws (only 5 in the picture!)
